Our rates are based on clinical hours (45-55 minute sessions) and determined by the licensure status of the individual clinician.
- Licensed Psychologist: $160.00 per clinical hour
- Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist: $140.00 per clinical hour
- Associate Marriage, Family Therapist: $90.00 per clinical hour
- Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor: $75.00 per clinical hour
We also offer 90 minute and two-hour intensive sessions, based on clinical necessity and recommendation.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full, or in part, by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Select clinicians are paneled with Anthem Blue Cross and accept both PPO and HMO plans. By utilizing your in-network benefits you may be able to see a clinician by simply paying your copay. You may also utilize out-of-network benefits with any other PPO insurance plan by seeing one of our licensed clinicians and submitting a Super Bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to discuss your out-of-network mental health benefits to help determine the reimbursement percentage.
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available and based on an income dependent sliding scale calculated by the number of people per household.
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Please note that checks will not be accepted as initial payment for new clients.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
