Karen is specialized in Relationship Therapy working with adults, children and adolescents. Karen has a year of training in domestic violence working with batterers as well as a year of experience with college students and seniors.
Karen has focused much of her training on school age children having worked in the Student Services Department as a Clinical Counseling Intern for Upland Unified School District for three years. Karen is able to navigate the vast school system and deliver important services for her students as well as her private practice clients. Karen has worked with children in the areas of social skills, anger management, self- esteem, ADHD issues and divorce recovery.
Karen has also focused her practice on working with couples on marital issues such as communication, conflict resolution and recovery from extramarital affairs. Karen’s insight and experience in this area has allowed her success with many couples

Karen’s personal life goal is to live a balanced life gratefully. Her greatest pleasures in life come from knowing who she is in Christ, motherhood, family and close friends. Karen enjoys volunteering at church for activities such as Vacation Bible School, women’s events and works in the nursery regularly. Karen has a close relationship with her teenage daughter and enjoys the growth process at all stages of life!
